By purchasing leads from autopartsleads.net, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement becomes effective on the date your lead purchase is completed and remains in effect until your subscription is canceled. These terms represent the complete agreement governing your participation in the autopartsleads.net Lead Generation Program. Throughout this agreement, “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to autopartsleads.net, and “you” refers to the individual or business enrolling in the program.

Program Enrollment

To participate in our Lead Generation Program, you must complete and submit the registration form available on our website. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed, and you will be notified of your approval as soon as possible.

By enrolling, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the lead generation services provided by AutopartsLeads.net. Our marketing efforts may include, but are not limited to:

Banner advertising
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Website management and maintenance
Online marketing campaigns
Other promotional strategies designed to generate qualified leads

Based on your selected lead requirements, we will collect, review, and deliver qualified leads generated through our marketing channels and website.

Leads will be sent to the email address you provide during registration. Unless you notify us of an updated email address, all leads delivered to your registered email address will be considered successfully sent, regardless of whether they are viewed or accessed.

If you are not receiving your leads, it is your responsibility to notify AutopartsLeads.net as soon as possible. Upon receiving your notification, we will investigate and resolve the issue within one business day whenever possible.

You agree to respond to all leads promptly and professionally to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain the overall quality of the lead generation program.

Lead Definition

A lead is a customer inquiry containing contact information along with details about the auto parts the customer is interested in purchasing. Leads are delivered via email or other agreed communication methods.

Agreement Duration

Your participation in our Lead Generation Program begins once your application has been approved and continues until either party terminates the agreement. Either party may cancel participation by providing at least five (5) days’ written notice.

Autopartsleads.net is a lead generation service that collects consumer requests through online marketing channels and other approved methods. We connect prospective buyers with automotive parts businesses across different regions. Leads are delivered after the required bi-weekly payment has been received. A three (3) day grace period is available for payments.

Lead Usage

Within this Agreement, a lead refers to a customer request submitted through our websites, advertising network, or marketing campaigns. Depending on the selected program, exclusive phone leads are provided to only one participating customer.

All leads represent customer inquiries only. While we make every effort to provide accurate information, the details are supplied directly by consumers and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information beyond our control.

Leads purchased through our services are intended solely for your business. You may not sell, share, distribute, transfer, or otherwise provide these leads to another individual or company. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund. Businesses found engaging in unethical or fraudulent practices may also lose access to all of our services.

Pricing

Service pricing is not publicly listed and may be updated at any time without prior publication. Pricing adjustments may apply to any products or services offered by Autopartsleads.net.

Businesses found operating under multiple company names for the purpose of sharing or reselling leads will have their accounts permanently removed from the program.

Although we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous website availability or error-free operation and cannot be held responsible for interruptions or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autopartsleads.net shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or operational interruptions arising from participation in our Lead Generation Program.

Our maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of lead generation fees paid by you during the previous one (1) month.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold autopartsleads.net, its employees, affiliates, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or legal fees resulting from your business activities, your use of purchased leads, or services provided to customers obtained through our program.

Representations and Warranties

By participating in the Program, you confirm that:

You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
This Agreement represents a valid and enforceable obligation.
Your participation complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Entering into this Agreement does not violate any existing legal or contractual obligations.

Independent Evaluation

You acknowledge that you have independently evaluated the benefits of joining the Program and are not relying on any promises or guarantees beyond those expressly stated in this Agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers purchasing our marketing services agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing their business operations.

You further confirm that your business is operating legally and that Autopartsleads.net will not be responsible for claims, investigations, or legal actions arising from your own business practices, including consumer protection or deceptive trade practice violations.

Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules in effect at the time the claim is filed. The arbitration location shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties regarding the Lead Generation Program and replaces all prior discussions, negotiations, communications, or agreements relating to the subject matter.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services or these Terms & Conditions at any time. This includes changes to pricing, features, policies, or program requirements.

Any material changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sell your account or rights under this Agreement without prior written approval from Autopartspeads.net. Any unauthorized transfer shall be considered invalid.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Waiver

Failure by Autopartspeads.net to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.

Lead Disclaimer

Autopartspeads.net is not responsible for:

Duplicate leads
Leads outside your selected geographic area
Leads that do not match your selected filters
Incorrect or disconnected phone numbers
Inaccurate or false customer information
Requests submitted by minors
Incorrect product inquiries

All leads are provided “AS IS.” No guarantees, warranties, replacements, returns, or refunds are provided unless specifically approved under our dispute process.

Live Phone Lead Disputes

If you dispute one or more live phone leads, our Quality Control team will review the recordings and supporting information.

If the dispute is approved, a credit will be applied to your next billing cycle. If the dispute is denied, no credit will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate services by providing 30 days’ written notice.

No prorated refunds will be issued for unused services or remaining subscription periods.

Refund Policy

autopartsleads.net does not provide cash refunds.

All refund or credit requests are reviewed solely at our discretion. If a dispute is determined to be invalid, no account credit will be issued and an administrative fee of $15 per invalid dispute may be charged.

These policies may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Autopartsleads.net reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or business at its sole discretion.
